Frequently Asked Questions
Does $750 per week buy 40 hours of your time?
No. This is a managed fractional operations service, not an employment arrangement or hourly labor package. The retainer covers operational oversight, systems, reasonable execution, organization and continuing improvement within the agreed scope.
Is this a virtual assistant service?
No. Administrative work may be part of the engagement, but the broader objective is to organize the operation, create systems, build documentation, improve visibility and reduce owner dependency on informal processes.
What happens if I stop after 90 days?
You receive the client-specific data, configurations, documentation, procedures, workflows, history and agreed deployable/exportable environment defined in the service agreement. The reusable platform, underlying code, methods and intellectual property remain the service provider’s property.
